Our staff receive regular supervision and a wide range of training, alongside the checks our Quality Assurance Lead carries out. This ensures that you will be equipped with the skills to enjoy your time with us as much as possible.

Current Vacancies
We are currently recruiting for one Assistant Team Manager and one Youth Practitioner Role. The Assistant Team Manager role will be based in Andover with flexibility being required according to the service needs. The Youth Practitioner Role will be based in Andover, Basingstoke and Rushmoor.
The Assistant Team Manager Role will be 30 hours a week paid at a salary of £29,358. The Youth Practitioner Role will be 28 hours a week paid at a salary of £26,936 FTE (£21,840 pro‑rata).
