What we offer
Sensitivity - We treat every individual with the respect that they deserve. We acknowledge that each person has a story which is their own, we work with them to ensure that they feel valued and cared for during their time with us.
Integrity - if something doesn't feel ok, we act to make sure that the situation is challenged in a kind, fair, and consistent way.
Reliability - if we say we are to do something we will, if we can't then we will seek ways to resolve the situation.
Responsive - we value all contacts made to us and endeavour to respond within 48 hours.
Listening and learning - we know that we don't know everything! We listen and learn from each other and to create a culture of lifelong learning.
At Yellow Brick Road Projects, we are dedicated to providing a safe space for individuals to grow and thrive. The programmes we offer fall into three strands: You Matter, Growing Together, and The Legacy Project.
We aim to empower young people by offering the mentorship, guidance, and resources they need. We believe in the potential of every young person and are committed to supporting them on their journey towards a brighter future.
We are also committed to the training other professionals who work with young people. This is done primarily through our Making Every Contact Count (MECC) Training in collaboration with Public Health England.
