When we decided to redesign the Legacy programme, we realised that there was a gap.
Following the success of The Legacy Project, something we have learnt is that young people often need support for longer, and at times which suit them. Using our own experience, and research from the Youth Endowment Fund, we have developed Legacy Plus for young people aged 12 – 25.
What The Programme Includes; - Trusted adult who would walk alongside them & more group work activities - 12 weeks of individual mentoring. - 12 weeks of group work, with You Matter and You Matter In School as potential avenues for this group work support. - Provide mentoring and access to accredited learning. - Supporting a growth in confidence. - Life skills & Community Connection The Legacy Plus experience will be entirely managed by the young person using Outcome Star Home Star to create an action plan
